At Salesforce, we are working together with our entire Ohana — our employees, customers, partners, community organizations and the tech industry — to build a path forward to Equality for all. We are taking action across four key pillars: Equal Pay, Equal Education, Equal Rights and Equal Opportunity. Achieving our vision of Equality for all is going to be a long journey, and ultimately, we’ll reach success by many steps along the way. The trail starts with transparency, education, inclusive dialogue, quick action, community building, and an unbreakable commitment to making the world a better place.
Prior to making her passion for Equality a full-time job, Molly worked on the award-winning Salesforce Communications team. With more than 15 years of communications and public relations experience, she was responsible for building awareness for Salesforce Service Cloud, the world’s #1 customer service and support solution.
