Creating an Automated Sales process with Products and Price Books

Products and Price books can only enhance your Sales Reps’ ability to provide clear and consistent information to leads/opportunities. In order for your sales team to have access to this information the processes around it must be loaded into salesforce and proper permissions must be given to those sales reps, in this class we will enable products and price books by creating products a standard and a custom price book and various product families. This will culminate in creating reports for respective products that will provide sales teams with key information about products that are available within their organization.
